One of the things I love about IE7
It used to drive me crazy! I would click on a link in “name your application here†and the page would load into an existing IE window taking me away from whatever page I was browsing. Yes, all I had to do was hit back button in the browser, copy the link into clipboard and paste it into a new IE/Firefox window. But it was annoying as hell. Especially if the page your were taken away from was a heavy one (think a flashy website, or a pdf file, etc). Or even worst, imagine that you use the scroll bar to track how far you have read (like I do – it would be great to be able to mark a location on a webpage by the way – I hope some PM is reading this
) and boom, it’s gone!
Well, I love IE7, because every time I click on a link in any application it opens the link for me in a new tab. It is simple, but it saves me anguish! And that makes me a happier person which in turn makes me a better person. Thank you the IE7 feature PM.

Hi Shayan, let me say you’re welcome, and I’m glad that you’re enjoying using IE7! We’ve put a bunch of work into IE, and we have a lot more ground to cover, but it’s always nice to hear that people are enjoying the fruits of our efforts. Stay tuned for beta 3 coming out soon.
